Atlas is designed to be deployed fast. No consultants, no training sessions, no multi-week rollouts. Here is how to get your team running in 15 minutes.
Minute 0-3: Create your account
Sign up at atlas and create your organization. You will be asked for:
- Organization name
- Your role
- Industry (auto shop, HVAC, agency, field ops, or other)
Atlas pre-configures your workspace based on your industry.
Minute 3-7: Set up your first workflow
Go to the Workflow Builder and create your first pipeline. For example, an auto shop might use:
- Intake — Customer calls in, vehicle info captured
- Diagnosis — Tech inspects and reports findings
- Approval — Customer approves the repair quote
- Repair — Work is performed
- QA — Quality check before delivery
- Delivery — Vehicle returned, payment collected
Drag and drop stages, then assign default tasks to each one.
Minute 7-10: Invite your team
Go to Settings and invite your team members. Assign roles:
- Admin — Full access to everything
- Manager — Can view dashboards, approve KPIs, manage workflows
- Operator — Completes assigned tasks, submits KPIs
Each person gets an email invitation and can log in immediately.
Minute 10-13: Import your data
If you have existing customer or lead data, import it via CSV. Atlas maps columns to fields automatically and flags any issues.
No existing data? No problem — just start fresh and add leads as they come in.
Minute 13-15: Process your first lead
Create a new lead, assign it to your workflow, and watch Atlas take over:
- Tasks get assigned automatically
- Team members get notified
- Progress is tracked in real time
- Follow-ups are scheduled
That is it. Your operations are now running on Atlas.
What comes next
Once your first workflow is running, you can:
- Add more workflows for different service types
- Set up KPI templates for your team
- Configure inventory tracking
- Enable campaign tracking for lead sources
